1. Who we are

Stalite Media ("Stalite", "we", "our", or "us") is a digital marketing and web development agency in Mumbai. This notice explains how this website handles information. Questions can be sent to Hello@stalite.in.

2. Information we receive

Enquiries you choose to send: your name, email address, phone number and the details you include in a WhatsApp message, email, call or other direct communication.
Privacy-friendly website analytics: page views, referrer, approximate country or region, device and browser type, and interactions such as opening a contact channel. We do not attach form fields or message text to analytics events.
Technical request data: our hosting and security providers may process IP addresses, user-agent strings and request logs to deliver and protect the website.

3. Contact form and WhatsApp

The contact form does not silently submit to a Stalite database. When you select “Continue to WhatsApp,” your browser opens WhatsApp with the details you entered pre-filled. You can review or edit the message before sending it. If you send it, WhatsApp/Meta processes that information under its own privacy terms. Direct email and telephone links work in the same user-initiated way through your chosen provider.

4. Analytics and cookies

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate website traffic and basic conversion events. Vercel Analytics is designed without third-party cookies. It creates a temporary, request-derived hash for deduplication that resets each day, and reports aggregated statistics rather than a visitor profile. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers or enquiry text in custom analytics events.

To measure aggregate campaign performance for ChatGPT Ads, our website also uses the OpenAI advertising measurement pixel (pixel.ads.openai.com) and OpenAI Conversions API (bzr.openai.com) for non-sensitive pageview and conversion-button events (such as opening WhatsApp, email or telephone links). We do not transmit personal contact fields or message text in those events. Essential hosting, fraud-prevention or browser features may use short-lived technical storage where required to operate securely.

5. Why we use information

To reply to enquiries, prepare proposals and deliver requested services.
To operate, secure, diagnose and improve this website.
To measure aggregate content and conversion performance.
To comply with applicable legal obligations and protect our rights.

We do not sell personal information.

6. Service providers and external links

We use service providers only where needed to host the website, measure aggregate usage or communicate with you. These may include Vercel for hosting and analytics and, when you choose those channels, WhatsApp/Meta, your email provider or your telephone provider. Links to third-party websites are governed by those services' own notices.

7. Retention, security and your choices

We retain business correspondence only as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide services, maintain records and meet legal obligations. No internet transmission is completely secure, but we use proportionate technical and organisational safeguards. You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information we control, subject to applicable law and record-keeping requirements, by emailing us.
